Entrepreneurship 4 Peace

An 8-month intensive capacity-building programme for young entrepreneurs aged 18–36, built on a simple insight: economic empowerment and peacebuilding are the same work.

Economic Empowerment

Business as a multiplier of peace

8-month intensive programme | Entrepreneurs aged 18–36 | Funded by Billion Acts of Peace

E4PP was built on a foundational insight: economic empowerment and peacebuilding are not parallel agendas, they are the same work. A young person who builds a business becomes invested in the stability of their community. They become a multiplier of peace.

Participants move through structured monthly sessions covering business fundamentals, financial discipline, customer credit, digital tools and pitching, supported by mentors drawn from Rotary and the local business community.

Inclusion

Built to be accessible

Every E4PP session runs with live sign-language interpretation, and Deaf entrepreneurs take part alongside hearing participants. Sessions are recorded and published so anyone who misses one can catch up, and so the curriculum stays available to young entrepreneurs beyond the cohort.
